SpeechTails - I personally used this when my son was speech delayed. It is a great site, there is an extensive free assessment to determine exactly which sounds your child needs to work on. Each sound has a video explaining tongue placement and demonstrates how to make the sounds. Then there is a list of words to practice, you can mark off as you go. There are book recommendations and homework. She also gives some great tips to strengthen the tongue such as lollipops, drinking through straws and more. She's well worth the monthly subscription if your child needs to work on certain sounds only and you are a diy mom like me. - $
